Abby is Special Events Coordinator for the Town of Addison. She has spent the past sixteen years running events and services for non-profits and municipalities in North Texas. She currently provides vision and oversight for the execution of all festivals and events produced by, or associated with, the town of Addison.
40th Anniversary Celebration for Our Club - What a Great Event!
Here are some photos from the 40th anniversary celebration of the Addison Rotary Club on Wednesday, October 30 at Maguire's. Despite threatening weather, we were able to gather on the rooftop bar area. It was great to see everyone socializing, including spouses, past members, and potential new members. Even Killian, our past exchange student from Germany, was there!

The 40th Anniversary Party was wonderful. The rooftop bar at Maguire's was a great venue, the food was delicious, and it was terrific to celebrate 40 years with everyone, including some previous members. Thank you for setting it up and making it happen, Greg Grimm!
We are making progress on the recruiting video. Bill Dendy, our district foundation leader, has capacity to build it. If That should fail somehow, our club board approved funds to create it ourselves.
I know parking is sometimes tight on the south side of the building for our meetings on Friday. But, there is more parking on the north side and it's just as easy to get in the building from the north side.
