I'm delighted to tell you that Josh Rollins submitted his application, and it was approved by the club board. We will induct Josh as soon as possible. Thank you to Fritzie for introducing Josh to Rotary and to our club!
New Addison Rotary Foundation Board Members
BK Turner, Mike Pugh, and Jay Stevenson were nominated and approved to join the Addison Rotary Foundation Board starting the first year of 2-year terms. David Boland is in the 2nd year of his term. Thank you for this!
Frank Swingle, Ron Nims, and Janet Meyer are rolling off the Addison Rotary Foundation Board. Thank you for your time, your commitment, and your good stewardship.
Installation Banquet
The Installation Banquet was terrific. A big thank you to Greg Grimm for making all the arrangements. We had a marvelous time; it's always fun when we get together!
Goals For the Next Rotary Year
At the installation banquet I presented 3 goals for next year (July - June). I know, they look very similar to last year's goals:
1. More Money for the Ronald McDonald House -- more than last year!
2. More Members -- let's get a net membership growth of at least 15% (6 members, net)
3. More Fun -- Fritzie Roop is our Social Chair. She promises we'll have the happiest of happy hours, beautiful banquets, and poppin' parties.
We still need some Club Management Volunteers:
1. Bulletin -- Laurie Sutor said she would do another year ON TOP of being
the Service Chair. Thank you, Laurie!
2. Audio Visual - Dan Tatum volunteered, thank you, Dan!
3. Website and MeetUp updates
